This amount, however, is too minimal to prompt any effective benefits on the body, as you need to take a minimum of 4 grams of creatine to yield any benefit. It’s important to point out that since Super creatine isn’t creatine, the amount that the drink contains doesn’t actually really matter. 

Is Super Creatine Effective? 

According to several studies, Super creatine doesn’t seem to have any benefit on the body. Bang Energy says that the ingredient they created leads to increased exercise performance and boosts muscle growth; however, the claims the manufacturer makes are unfounded and have actually been defied by other energy drink brands, like Monster Energy and ThermoLife. 

Is Bang Energy Drink Healthy? 

Are Bang energy drinks healthy? Well, it depends on what your definition of “healthy” is. As stated all the way in the beginning, Bang energy drinks are sugar-, calorie, and carb-free. As such, it seems to be a pretty healthy option, as far as energy drinks go. It provides a boost of energy but it doesn’t inundate you with unnecessary sugar, fat, and calories, which is definitely a good thing.
