In reply to Zach. Yeah it sucks that they don't call out the creatine dosage in milligrams. That said, given it's a pretty cheap substance I'd assume there's plenty in there to get the job done. That said I also believe the ceiling for creatine dosages is quite high so you additional supplementation might not be a bad idea?

Sorry if I missed this somewhere else, but does anyone know if the creatine contents are high enough on its own for someone wanting to take advantage of creatine, or would it still be fine to use some degree of creatine in addition to this? Just not sure if any additional creatine outside of this would be too much.

Great review, my friend takes this and says he has the longest workouts ever. Seems to be a great one for endurance in particular.
